Our A La Carte Menu is inspired by a wealth of local artisan producers such as Mileeven honey, Second Nature Oils, Taste the View, Slaney Valley, Inistioge preserves and Highbank Orchards, Paddy Kenna’s butchers, Thos Farrell greengrocer & Fishman’s market.
